Privacy Policy
Frontline Diagnostics, as the service provider for Alcohol and Other Drug Testing within your company, upholds the new National Principles regarding your privacy and is committed to enforcing them when handling your personal information. Frontline Diagnostics respects your privacy and takes all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is secure.
Information is only collected in accordance with the requirements of your employer’s Alcohol and Other Drugs Policy and is done so to ensure the results of any drug screening process in which you participate are accurate and not clouded by the existence of other medication you may have recently taken.
The personal information you provide to our testing officers is only kept if there is a non-negative finding in the screening process. For the sake of maintaining accuracy the details are passed on to: -
- Your employer for inclusion in your personnel file.
- The forensic laboratory that will conduct a confirmatory test to support or reject the initial findings.
Whilst Frontline Diagnostics has no control over the conduct of either of these bodies we take every reasonable step to make sure there is no disclosure of information and that your confidentiality is maintained.
